    I greatly enjoyed the stay and can just recommend the venue. By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Taipei, had much fun and met best and dedicated staff in a prompt manner. The particularly good location was close to Shin Kong Life Tower. I was there for 7 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant with great Taiwanese food.

    Fancy room, very comfy bed, spotlessly clean bathroom. Very caring, incredibly attentive staff members in a prompt manner. Amazing spot so close to many fine restaurants, food court, retail shopping, gourmet supermarket, Starbucks and direct connection to Taipei MRT and trains and the shopping mall and 2 subway lines and the main train station.

    The bathing pool is so nice for me to relax and the wooden decoration is my favorite.

    It will be much great if we can use the balcony. Wifi usage would be charged.

    amazing central spot near parks and key attractions

    I greatly appreciated how easy it was to stroll around and explore Taipei from this hotel, especially since it's just about 500 meters from the fine National Taiwan Museum and less than a 5-minute walk to the bustling eateries nearby like Haidilao. The hotel staff were also super helpful, which really enhanced my stay.

    Clean, luxury, extreemly nice staff, comfortable rooms! Had free access to the swiming pool next door which was great.

    The light system in the room is just impossible to understand. Which one turns on/off what light and when? Every guest talks about it.

    The room is well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The bath is relaxing. And the view from the room is very good.

    Close to train station, but need to cross a footbridge. Slightly inconvenient if you are carrying a large luggage but taking public transportation.

    Our family had such a great stay! The AI system made controlling the lights super fun, and the spacious bathtub was a hit with the kids. We loved the unique decoration, especially the sparkling water room!

    excellent location, convenience to all parts of taipei via the metro. shopping, food all within easy access. friendly staff. comfortable beds

    lack of a driveway thus making it not suitable if travelling with the elderly or children as there isnt any area where they can sit and wait for transportaion especially in bad weather.

    Location is good in terms of travelling around the city and to/from the airport. Taipei main station is around the corner. Ningxia night market is within walking distance. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

    Hotel is decorated like an old, dark castle with wooden panels and iron chandeliers. Expensive internet connection and breakfast. Surrounding area is not very nice.
